求助！无法启动SQL版本

无法打开NAVICAT的链接

点击1.启动架设环境之后，BAT显示

Both ports need to be free in order to run the servers
Another server is running on port 80 cannot run Apache server
Another server is running on port 3306 cannot run MySQL server



再按启动SQL版本后，显示如下信息，求帮助！

提示已经写的很清楚了
Another server is running on port 80 cannot run Apache server
Another server is running on port 3306 cannot run MySQL server

请卸载自行安装的环境，不然启动一键版会与已安装环境冲突。

卸载完重装怎么还是这样？？？？？

我之前解决咯，其实只要把端口让出来就可
